You already know how to show up. What you need is a coach who shows up with a plan built around you, instead of a room full of people doing the same reps at the same pace. Small group training at Forest Hills Tranzform Fitness gives you that kind of coaching in a smaller, more accessible format. You still get the accountability and structure of personal training, just without carrying the full cost of one-on-one sessions on your own.
Your coach knows your history, your movement patterns, and your pace before your first session even starts. That is the difference between a workout that just happens to you and one that is actually built for you.
What to Expect in a Small Group Training Session
Every small group session stays intentionally small so your coach can watch your form, adjust your load, and answer questions in real time. Nobody gets handed a generic workout and left to figure it out on their own. Instead, your coach builds movements around your ability, your goals, and the results from your Starting Point Consultation, then adjusts the plan as you progress.
This structure sits between the one-on-one attention of personal training and the higher-energy pace of boot camp. It works well if you want consistent coaching and accountability without training completely alone, and it gives you a coach who already knows your plan before you walk in.
Coaching That Adapts to You
No two members in the room are training the exact same way, even though they are in the same session. Workouts scale up or down based on what your body needs that day and what your Functional Movement Screening flagged as an area to protect. This keeps the group energy and accountability of a class setting without asking you to keep up with someone else's plan.
A Data-Driven Start for Every Member
Before you join a small group session, you complete a Starting Point Consultation that includes a Functional Movement Screening and an InBody scan. The FMS identifies movement patterns and areas that need extra attention before you load them with exercise. The InBody scan adds hard data on weight, muscle mass, body fat, total body water, and BMR, so your coach is not guessing where to start.
This approach lines up with national activity guidelines calling for a mix of aerobic activity and muscle strengthening work each week, which is exactly the balance small group coaching is built to deliver. Your plan is not a guess pulled from a template. It is built from your own screening and your own scan, then adjusted as your results change.
Support That Goes Beyond the Workout
Forest Hills Tranzform Fitness keeps an onsite Nurse Practitioner as part of the team, which is not something most gyms offer. That clinical layer matters if you are managing an injury history, a health condition, or simply want a program built with real safety oversight. Your coaches also bring specialties in nutrition, behavior change, weight loss, and sports performance, so the guidance you get in a small group session extends past the hour you spend in the room.
You are not left to navigate any of this alone. Every part of the experience, from your first screening to your ongoing coaching, is built to support you as an individual rather than push you through a generic program.
Join a Small Group Session
Space in each small group session stays limited so your coach can give every member real attention throughout the hour.
You do not have to know which format fits best before you reach out. Take a look at our full services or read more about our coaches, then let your coach help you decide once you are in the room. Every small group session runs on the same idea: real coaching, real data, and a plan built for you instead of a crowd.
